My sky Q box constantly disconnects from my Sky router and when I go to settings its another Sky Wifi address it's trying to connect to. There is 2 Sky networks listed that are showing a full signal availability to connect to but they are not mine! Very frustrating. I dont want to call out an engineer if it is something I can adjust myself. Thanks, any advice is appreciated.🙏🏻

Hi @Jake741 You can safely ignore what it says in the connection display, mine is showing a router I stopped using years ago. If you are seeing Skyxxxx then the chances are that they are your own box internal virtual addresses used in its own mesh network.
