      <title>Internet down on sky q box</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi my sky box is working for programming but will not connect to the internet, it was working fine and dropped for no reason, my internet is fine and all other WiFi devices are working fine, I've tried restarting the box and I've followed the instructions for resetting the WiFi but neither has worked, anyone got any further advice please&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

It doesn't matter that other devices are working fine, as they don't use the DNS addresses that Sky Q uses.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;So sky have agreed to replace my sky q box free of charge but said it votes either a sky vinema subscription, I told them I didn't want it but was told it couldn't be taken off and I will need to cancel after 31 days, also my contact with sky has restarted to 24 months because I've added to my package something I didn't even ask for, I'm fuming&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
