Both my Sky Q and minibox are constantly dropping off our broadband network. Our network provider has provided a seperate network for the devices, but it is still happening. Can anybody help?

Hi @Robbiep

Assuming it is not Sky Broadband.

On 3rd party Broadband (if using WiFi) your Q box must connect using SSID and password for the 2.4 Ghz band.

Minis using WiFi must connect by WPS to the main Q box. They will not connect 3rd party WiFi.
