    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;my WiFi is working even though it says on screen we have a issue all the lights are on the q box and broadband&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;everything on sky tv is working apart from Apps&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;we have tried resetting WiFi turning WiFi on and off also Tv on and off this issue started last night and it's still doing it now&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;can anyone help &lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":thinking_face:"&gt;🤔&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
