I have full sky spors package aswell as tnt sports but every time I watch any sport the picture becomes distorted and breaks up, I've trouble shooted, reset and nothing seems to help any ideas? Signal and internet strength are 100%

Possibly weather conditions, or more likely a dish misalignment (made worse by weather).

You'll need to contact Sky for an engineer to check.

Thank you for your reply I don't have a dish I have sky go? Its connected through internet but I will contact a sky engineer thank you

@Danni35 To use Sky Go you need to have a Sky TV service either Sky+HD, Sky Q or Sky StreamSky Glass.

You can't have Sky Go without these, Sky Go is a Mobile and PC app.

Do you mean you have Sky Stream which uses a small box connected to your broadband?

If you don't have a Satellite Dish you certainly don't have Sky Q where you have posted.
