&lt;P&gt;Do you mean you have Sky Stream which uses a small box connected to your broadband?&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;If you don't have a Satellite Dish you certainly don't have Sky Q where you have posted.&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have full sky spors package aswell as tnt sports but every time I watch any sport the picture becomes distorted and breaks up, I've trouble shooted, reset and nothing seems to help any ideas? Signal and internet strength are 100%&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Possibly weather conditions, or more likely a dish misalignment (made worse by weather).&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;You'll need to contact Sky for an engineer to check.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
