      <description>&lt;P&gt;So since Thursday I have not been able to download anything on Sky - says my broadband won't connect. I have tried every solution in the book. Nothing wrong with my broadband. I get iPlayer etc no bother through my normal broadband. I pay £145 per month and I'm being mugged. It happens every evening after 5pm. This is crazy I'm going to cancel.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;Hi&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://helpforum.sky.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/4538062"&gt;@Rixysky&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;in the following order:-&amp;nbsp;Try rebooting your router by removing the power cable for 30 sec then reconnect to reboot, then reboot your main SKYQ box by turning the power off at the socket for 30 sec then turn back on?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;if this doesn't help, if you are connecting via wifi, try an ethernet cable from your router to the SKYQ box?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If that doesn't work try calling SKY and talk to an advisor?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
