When we press the home button on the TV remote it takes us out of sky. In order to get back into sky we then have to press the source button on the TV remote and navigate back to sky

This is only since sky did some general work a couple of weeks ago to fix an error where people's boxes were turning themselves off. We have already reset the box by turning it off and on again after 30 seconds. Sky have among

This still isn't sorted, please could someone help out offer advice, how do I get a sky engineer to come out?
