Problems with UDrama

When I try to download a UDrama program it tells me I do not have a subscription. I am on Signature and can watch UDrama without a problem.

I believe you need an HD subscription to do that. (Unless there's a SD download)

hi @JohnCTimperley you can select 'Other formats' but I think that can be a hit & miss.

Best to set the Download Preference in :

Main Menu -> Settings -> Setup -> Preferences

(Please note this setting can only be set on the Main box)

Yes that is the default - if you don;t have the HD add on it is best to set it to SD

What are you trying to watch?

Can't you just stream it in the U app?

Yes, that does work, but is pain and I pay a lot for my Sky subscription.
