Hello!

I'm not sure if I have misunderstood but I have just finished a call arranging a home move, I have a date etc but was promoted to update my postal address through my account? I have looked through all options in my account and can't find any fields where the address is listed to update?

@Markdelong The only way to change your registered address is by phone it can't be done online
