Message on screen 'Please insert viewing card chip upwards' have done this to no avail. Have followed instructions on 'Settings' &nbsp;etc but viewing card number does not show. Have rebooted my router and switched Television off for a couple of minutes then followed screen instructions- still same message when I select recordings ie Please insert viewing card........etc. Have also carefully dusted viewing card with soft cloth.
