&lt;DIV&gt;I put an online order last night for a new sky remote. I had an email from yourselves saying it went through.&lt;/DIV&gt;
&lt;DIV&gt;This morning, I have had a text to say that you could not process my request and to call a number which I have and spoke to someone. I am just wondering if it was a legit number.&lt;/DIV&gt;
&lt;DIV&gt;This is the text I got:&lt;/DIV&gt;
&lt;DIV&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/DIV&gt;
&lt;DIV&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Hi its Sky. We have received your request for a replacement Sky Q remote. Unfortunately we have not been able to process your request. If you still require a replacement&lt;FONT color="#999999"&gt;&lt;FONT size="1 2 3 4 5 6 7"&gt; [removed]&lt;/FONT&gt;.&lt;/FONT&gt; Thanks Sky.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;

&lt;P&gt;Afraid you are not contacting Sky directly here as this is a customer forum.&lt;BR /&gt;If you need to contact them you need to persevere by phone. &lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Regarding your issue&lt;/P&gt;
