    <description>&lt;P&gt;Sky engineer came yesterday to fix sky q mini box. Fiddled around and got it sorted but now I can't turn the tv on! No standby light on the tv and no clue about how to fix it. Tv is a picture frame Samsung&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Any clues?!&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;That would typically suggest a power supply problem, so the mains socket, plug, power lead and wherever this plugs onto the television set would be the prime suspects.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
