I've got green dots on to we have changed sky q box and hdmi cable and bought a new tv still getting green dots

Looks like you may need yet another Q box @Davidsoulsby

l have had a similar issue with a Q box in the past and had to replace it.

It has just been replaced about two months ago

What I am suggesting is that the replacement is faulty.
