Resetting PIN on SKY Q without internet

Recently switched to Sky Q. Don't want to connect it to the internet. To watch a program recorded off Sky Arts it wants my PIN. Have tried unsuccessfully last 4 digits from: viewing card, mobile number, bank account. As I'm not connected to the internet the option in Home/My Account to reset the PIN is unavailable. What can I do, please?

Hi @Fuzzbonce

You can reset a Sky PIN without an internet connection by contacting Sky customer support by phone to get a reset Code.
