    <description>&lt;P&gt;I upgraded to sky q with an engineer booked for 13/09/2025.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The engineer cancelled. I have called sky many times since this happened and for some reason nobody at sky can book for an engineer to fit the sky q I ordered way over a month ago.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;They give different numbers and the people say the same thing for some reason they cannot book a new date. This is very frustrating and probably will cancel sky sub after being a customer for more than 13 years.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;On my sky the order update shows action required. &lt;P&gt;Personally my guess would be that's something to do with how the previous appointment was (or wasn't) cancelled.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
