But assuming that you mean No satellite signal rather than No signal (TV on wrong HDML input) you need to get your satellite dish realigned.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

TNT channels are usually the first affected by a misaligned dish.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I wouldn't have thought any refund would be paid if, indeed, the problem is as described above.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;It's always much more likely that an individual box isn't &lt;STRONG&gt;receiving&lt;/STRONG&gt;, which is rather different.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
