    <description>&lt;P&gt;Similar issue. Using the U app on Sky Q box, we get "lost" in the adverts. It will give us the red loading squircle (not a square, not a circle) and never return to the show (Masterchef Australia) or give us an advert.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;It's also returned us from the adverts to the next show. We'd been watching an elimination, and with it skipping, we knew who was eliminated without seeing the end of the episode. No point going back when we already know the result.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If it does it again, I'll see if we can use the app on the TV. The apps on sky have a tendency to be glitchy. I doubt we'll be getting another sky Q box.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <title>U App on Sky Q Jumping to Different Episode after Ads</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I am watching Brokenwood on Sky Q U app. It goes to ads part way through episode and then when it goes back to the series after ads it goes to another episode. I then go back to the episode I was on and it plays for about a minute or so, then goes into ads again, which it seems to jump part way through one ad and jumps to another. If I am lucky it starts back at the episode I was in or it jumps to next episode.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have unplugged power to Sky Q and and left it a minute. It has made no difference.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have fibre to the property and have speeds of 900mb plus and my Sky Q is wired by ethenet cable. There is no issues with my speed or my connection, and I am not doing anything else with my network.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

I saw Brikenwood was on there and knew I was a couple of seasons behind so decided to watch...wish I hadn't bothered with all the agro. Thankfully my Smart TV has the app and it works fine.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I am having the same issue watching Pete Wicks dog series on the U app on my Sky Q box. Goes to adverts then starts the next episode, a real pain. Also did it when we were watching the Art Detective as well. So I am guessing it is an App issue or a conflict with something in the Sky Q box.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I never really got anywhere. They told me to do the basics like uninstall app etc, which you obviously can't do with Sky. Then they asked for more information...then went silent after I replied. Eventually replying some weeks later. I think I got from that they really don't care.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have no issues what so ever with any of it on my Samsung Smart TV apps.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;So don't hold your breath expecting either Sky or the relevant company that owns the app to actually do anything.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Similar issue. Using the U app on Sky Q box, we get "lost" in the adverts. It will give us the red loading squircle (not a square, not a circle) and never return to the show (Masterchef Australia) or give us an advert.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;It's also returned us from the adverts to the next show. We'd been watching an elimination, and with it skipping, we knew who was eliminated without seeing the end of the episode. No point going back when we already know the result.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If it does it again, I'll see if we can use the app on the TV. The apps on sky have a tendency to be glitchy. I doubt we'll be getting another sky Q box.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
