New Sky Q box - can I get one?

Hi have a Sky Q box that works fine but is a few years old. Can you get new replacement Sky Q boxes (don’t want Glass etc as we rely on signal over satellite rather than fibre). Thanks

Unless there's actually a fault with the unit you have, Sky isn't going to swap it out (and it's likely that replacement boxes are all reconditioned hardware anyway)

It's important to note that the last 'new' model was the 1TB UHD HDR main Q box released in late 2019: Q reached the end of its development path years ago and won't now change in any significant way before satellite television broadcasting to the UK & ROI ceases (probably around the turn of the decade)

Several recent posts indicate Sky is no longer requiring Q boxes to be returned when subscriptions end, which suggests they have a more than ample supply in storage.
