topic Paramount+ 6month free in Sky Q

I've just received an email from sky offering me 6months free paramount+. It states how to activate and says either sign up OR if you already have an account - sign in...... However the offer won't register if you "sign in". I contacted paramount for help and they said the offer is only valid for new users - so why does it clearly state on the sky FAQ's that existing users just need to sign in ...... And why are paramount and sky not aligned in their knowledge of this offer? So am I eligible or not? I've already had to cancel my main TV package and my sky broadband because of inconsistencies from sky and now even their offers are fake.......!?

If it's a genuine Sky offer.
You will only be able to use an offer from Sky once, so if you used a previous Sky Paramount+ offer, any subsequent offers may not work.

Plus, from your post you mention you are no longer a Sky TV subscriber. You will need to be a Sky TV subscriber for the offer to be validated.
