The 2 games not on sky sports channels tonight (ie wolves and swansea) but supposed to be streaming on sky sports + will not load

Hi @Derald All I can do is confirm that there is no general problem, I've been flicking through every game all night. I would start by rebooting everything, including your broadband router (DNS refresh).

I think there is an issue.

I was watching the Man City Match, that went off.

I switched to the Liverpool match for 10 mins, then tried the Wolves match, that would not load.

Yesterday I could not get any of the streming matches to load, had to watch the main channel match (Wrexham).

These extra streaming matches have been very poor so far this week.

I have also tried it krpt telling me I needed to upgrade my subscription

Do you have the full Sky Sports package as part of your subscripition as this is required to access these Sports+ games.

I have had a sports subscription for over 20 years. Last night was the first time that I needed Sky plus in order to watch the Swansea Man. City match. It actually let me watch that Channel with 4 matches but neither of the 2 matches in the Carabao cup. I did get a sports channel around midnight. Although I got. When I first pressed the red button it said I needed to upgrade. I checked my account online and I have a full Sports subscription. and don't owe anything.
