      <title>Problem replacing Sky Q box</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;My box goes yellow overnight, and won't start. Every time I want to use it I have to turn it off and restart it, it will then work for a length of time and if in middle of a recording the screen will go blank and say there is a technical fault. So u have to restart box again. When it's locked in its standby mode it won't record anything that you have scheduled&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;New box was ordered last week but due to "account issues" it might be few days. What does that MEAN?. If I go to MySky it says I have an order in but if I press tracking it then says no order. Spent 30 mins phoning them today and even Sky can't track my ne box. They are suppose to ring me back tomorrow at 11 as they need 24 hours to get back into account. Let's see if that happens????&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;What's happening SKY you got warehousing problems&lt;/P&gt;</description>
