Hi @Beanie42 "No signal" normally means that you TV is not on the HDMI input for the Sky Q box.

Hi @Beanie42

First make sure that the Television is switched on and is switched to the HDMI input to which the Q box is connected.
Then with the Q box switched on with green led illuminated
Press
Home 1 0 8 0 Home
on the Q box remote control.

This will change the Q box to standard resolution which will should work for all TV’s.
