Recap button on Sky Sports not working

All weekend for all the matches, the recap button has not been working properly. When you press it, it takes ages to change screen and when it does, you get a message that there are no highlights available. Really annoying

@TheMop all you can do is report it to viewer relations at viewerR@sky.uk

It's a shambles of late. No recap whatsoever, for me, these past 3 weeks, and it's like using the remote covered in glue to flick between the different screens. None of us pay a token amount for SKY, we pay top dollar for the best, but lately it's been [removed] poor.
