Did you buy (or get) your new remote from Sky or a reliable source (I.e. not eBay). Make sure that it is in IR mode (line of sight) and hold down 4 &amp;amp; 6 until the led flashes. Then as long as HDMI control is on, switching on, the Sky Q box it should turn on the TV on the right input.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
