red button not working

I can no longer access live tennis via the red button on my TV. It says I need to upgrade my subscription but I have the full sky sports package.

Hi @Rachel+Br

Sometimes the RED Button is for UHD content.

Do you have the monthly UHD subscription?

I've not changed my subscription since it stopped working.

Can you access the Sky Sports App directly (that's all pressing the red button does)

Bizzarly the problem seems to have resolved! Let's hope it stays that way.

Btw, not sure what you mean by 'accessing the Sky Sports app directly'?

Hi @Rachel+Br There are a few ways, like press the side menu key [...] and select Sky Sports.
