Issue with sky Q Mini boxes when Nintendo switch 2 turns on

Two weeks ago we had a sky engineer come out as the sky Q Mini boxes kept disconnecting and had the error message 'You can't currently watch TV as there's an issue with the connection between this mini box and your sky Q box'

The engineer replaced the booster box, in general this fixed the issue, however, since then whenever I turn on my Nintendo switch 2 the sky Q Mini boxes disconnect. If I turn off the switch 2 then the sky Q boxes mini boxes go back online and work as normal.

The main sky Q box is always working irrespective of the switch 2 being on or not, and the switch 2 is connected to the same TV as the main sky Q box. Both are connected with their own HDMI cables into different HDMI ports.

Can anyone advise on what I can do? I've had another engineer out but that didn't resolve the issue so any help would be a

ppreciated.

We've started to encounter this albeit with a Switch 1. Didn't use to happen

Hogging the wifi bandwidth possibly

try running your normal 5GHz wifi on a different channel away from the skyQ channel (defaults to 36)
