Two ways to do this

MySky

Press Home, then go to MySky at the bottom of the page.
Select Shop then the app you want to change.
Choose the new plan you want and follow the on-screen instructions to confirm the order.

On your Sky Q box

Press Home, the scroll down the menu and select My Sky.

Or press the Voice button on your Sky remote and say “My Sky”.

Select Paramount+. If you can't see it, select Browse Shop then Paramount+.
