Sky Q mini box stuck updating

Hi my sky q mini box hasn't been used for a few months as we have two in different rooms and only can use one at a time. I've gone to use it today and I can't get it to update it's now stuck on a screen saying go to sky.com/softwareupdate. The main sky q box is up to date. Any ideas how I can fix this. I didn't realise not updating would break the box ugh
