    <description>&lt;P&gt;My sky Q remote stopped working, I have now twice called the number I have been given and twice when the ai assistant booked me a new remote to come I have received a text half an hour later that they have been unable to process my request for a replacement remote. They then give me the number again that I called to get the replacement remote in the first place.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;can anyone give me a number so I can get in touch with a human to find out what the issue is? Every time I call the ai assistant it ends the same way with me not getting a replacement remote and I want to know the reason why.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://helpforum.sky.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/4508116"&gt;@Smash&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;After checking the basics, ie; fresh batteries, re-pairing etc if your Sky Q remote is definitely &lt;STRONG&gt;broken/faulty, &lt;/STRONG&gt;if you follow this link it should allow you to do some more troubleshooting and then it’ll send you to a form to request a replacement (I’m not sure if this is available to customers in the Republic of Ireland). &lt;BR /&gt;&lt;A href="https://www.sky.com/help/articles/lost-stolen-damaged-sky-q-equipment#get-in-touch" target="_blank"&gt;https://www.sky.com/help/articles/lost-stolen-damaged-sky-q-equipment#get-in-touch&lt;/A&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;It may be quicker to purchase a new remote from a retailer / larger supermarket. If you do that as well as the above you’ll have a spare.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;With the Q box on with green led try completly resetting the Bluetooth remote you have.&lt;BR /&gt;Press and hold 7 &amp;amp; 9 together on the remote until it’s led flashes four times. &lt;BR /&gt;Then make sure that you are pointing your remote at the Q box and press 1 &amp;amp; 3 together until the remote led flashes and follow onscreen instructions to re- pair.&lt;/P&gt;
