&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;No one will / can phone you. Your Community tag name isn't linked to any Sky accounts you have so no one knows who you are anyway.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <title>Sky Q not working since March</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Totally had enough. &amp;nbsp;After 26 years I am&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;leaving, as Sky Q will not work with the latest EE routers. Apparently a know fault. &amp;nbsp;I have had 4 new boxes, 4 engineer visits, over 20 hours on the phone and it still doesn't&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;work.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;The last engineer told me this is a common fault!!&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Sky upgrade system will not accept my order as my account has a fault on it! &amp;nbsp;The fault has not stoped the payments system taking over £700&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;innmonthly subscriptions between March and October. &amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;The offer of compensation is £93 from Sky, although I have paid over £700&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;for something that doesn't work!!&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;#Anna Cook Director Customer Services Sky, board member at the Institute of Customer Services take note that this isn't good enough!!&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;maybe take some personal interest and give me a call. &amp;nbsp;I will tell you how poor things really are!&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
