Changing Disney +subscription through sky

Hello can anybody tell me how I change my Disney + subscription through sky please? I want to lower it from premium to standard but when I try through the Disney + website it opens up sky and o can't find anywhere in there to do it? It's like a loop between the two websites. Thank you.

hi @Dieselman580

If you have SKY Q I think you should be able to do this on your box

Go to Home - My Sky - Upgrades & Accessories - Your Products - You will need to Enter your PIN and then can tab down to app subscriptions

Then Tab right to the subscription & I think you should get options to change (or cancel)

HELP- i am having the same issue but when i get there there is no options to change or cancel the suscription, any thoughts?
