My Sky Mini box won’t switch on

My sky box mini stopped working several days ago, tried everything got it working once now it's not working again

main box is fine

any ideas on how to fix?

Hi @Philly1960

Have you tried switching the mini on using the Standby button on the right front of the mini (the Amber Led).

If this brings the mini on

Try completly resetting your Bluetooth remote.
Press and hold 7 & 9 together on the remote until it’s led flashes four times.
Then make sure that you are pointing your remote at the Q box and press 1 & 3 together until the led flashes and follow onscreen instructions to re- pair.

Thankyou sooooo much for your advice. Spent 3 hours on that infernal robot chat which ended with it saying I needed a new box. As it was less than a month old doubted this was the case. Searched high and low for suggestions and yours was the one that worked. Thank you
