Turn it off at the wall for a few minutes then power it back on and allow it to restart.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If it's still sluggish then you may need to order a replacement box.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;UL&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Yes. I've tried all of the instructions on the forums and help topics, several times, with no change. Eventually I managed to contact an actual person. I went through the various required resets with them again. It appears that the box is faulty and they are sending me a replacement.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;/UL&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks anyway.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;In that case&amp;nbsp;&lt;SPAN&gt;remember to remove the viewing card from the faulty box before it disappears into the back of the couriers van and accept any new power cable DPD deliver with the replacement box in case it's different to the one you have.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
