Free upgrade for this weekend

I currently have essential tv but see online that there is a free upgrade to get 35 extra channels this weekend. The two i saw mentioned were sky comedy and u&gold. I can't get either of those so assume the rest would be the same. Any advice please

I suspect that's for Stream and not Q.

Anyway, if it is then you don't have to do anything - the channels will become accessible.

@Cynthia51 It's basically allowing access to any channel included in the Ultimate TV package that is not in the more basic Essentials pack, excluding Sports and Cinema. It says it is from today until Monday.

The articles I've seen don't say if it's just for Glass or Stream customers or for all Sky Essentials subscribers.

The article I read is talking about the additional £7 from Essential to Ultimate - this is not an option for Q... (Essentials on Q is simply free-to-air)
