Sky essentials free upgrade week

I can see articles online saying that for one week at the moment people on the Sky essentials TV package will get free access for the next package up with lots of channels like Sky Atlantic

My Sky planner still doesn't let me access anything but my Sky essentials range

And any idea how to get this working as there's only a few more days left

Unfortunately that's a temporary upgrade from 'Essential TV' on Glass and Stream, not 'Television Essentials' on Sky Q and Sky+

The stupidly similar naming of the products continues to cause considerable confusion.
