      <title>Sky saying I haven’t returned a sky qbox</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I signed up for a sky glass in August so was naturally sending back all the sky q equipment. I received the packaging and label and went to my post office the next day. I had a receipt that I had every intention of keeping. But after a few weeks I thought they must have received the equipment that was no use to me.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;Then a few weeks later the emails, texts started along with endless calls to India where i struggle sometimes to be understood and understand.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;I've heard from the local post office this happens a lot and its sky cashing in on products that have been returned.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;im furious. I've been with sky for 25 years for tv, broadband and telephone.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;im being made to feel like im trying to fiddle the system which couldn't be further from the truth. If I wasn't tied into phone contracts and sky glass I'd tell them I don't want to give them my customer anymore.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;has anyone had a successful outcome to this nightmare?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
