I have Sky Essentials and in the MySky app it shows that Sky Atlantic is included, is this correct, because I sent have Sky Atlantic. I tried to get through to a Sky Advisor, but I can't get passed that stupid Sky Robot that never answers the question you ask. Thanks

Q Essentials is free-to-air channels only. (So no Sky Atlantic)

The Essentials you are referring to is a similarly named package for streaming boxes.

Hi @152bobby Where does it say Sky Atlantic is included on Sky Q. It is not, it is included only on Stream/Glass. Perhaps upload a screenshot.

Sky Atlantic (together with Discovery+ Basic and Netflix Standard with Adverts) is included in 'Essential TV' on Glass & Stream, but not 'Television Essentials' on Sky Q and Sky +

It's possible that what you are seeing is promotional text for the more modern platform.
