      <description>&lt;P&gt;I've recently had new Broadband, not Sky, the main Sky Q box is connected but the mini box will not hold connectivity to the Internet.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;all was ok until the booster box was unplugged.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;I've followed several time the advice from Sky on how to reconnect but it's not working now at all.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;Assume it's a Sky Q WiFi booster.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If your main Q box is successfully connected to your router then you can use the Q booster located between your main Q box and the mini.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Assuming the main Q box is connected correctly you need to set up the Q booster as follows.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Position the booster approx midway between the main Q box and the mini.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;OL class="text__Text-sc-18j6s8h-0 dlxPBx"&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;Hold the &lt;STRONG&gt;WPS button&lt;/STRONG&gt; on your booster for 3 seconds until it flashes amber. Then hold the &lt;STRONG&gt;WPS button&lt;/STRONG&gt; on the front of your main Q box for 3 seconds until it flashes amber - You'll need to do it within 2 minutes.&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;After a few minutes, the &lt;STRONG&gt;connected&lt;/STRONG&gt; light on the booster should &amp;nbsp;turn green. You're all set up.&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;/OL&gt;
&lt;P class="text__Text-sc-18j6s8h-0 dlxPBx"&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Tip:&lt;/STRONG&gt; Need to move your booster after you've connected, don't worry it will automatically reconnect when its moved as long as its within range of your main Q box.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P class="text__Text-sc-18j6s8h-0 dlxPBx"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P class="text__Text-sc-18j6s8h-0 dlxPBx"&gt;Then carry out a&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;Network Reset on the mini.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P class="text__Text-sc-18j6s8h-0 dlxPBx"&gt;Network Reset found in mini Home - Settings - Setup - Network. &lt;BR /&gt;Highlight Status and then select Reset on the right hand side. Follow instructions to WPS with Q device,&lt;BR /&gt;You will be asked to press the WPS button on the Q booster box (not the mini as the Network reset will start the mini WPS automatically).&lt;/P&gt;</description>
