Trying to add 2 extra multiroom boxes to my account. Shocked to see they want £50 per box to loan the equipment. Been a sky VIP customer for years and not even a discount offered. Any one had any special offers for adding extra boxes?

Typically not after the first Mini. Given Multiscreen is a flat rate, Sky earns no additional revenue from additional boxes so it charges the fee to contribute to the hardware cost.

Each mini box which is loaned to you may be subject to a one off upfront charge but you only need one Sky Q monthly Multiscreen subscription. Sometimes the first mini box is loaned at no cost.

Hi @Heather246 What surprises me is the admin charge for extra Mini boxes has remained at £50 for what must be approaching 10 years. If you think £50 is shocking, imagine what the £50 cost was 10 years ago ...
