Can’t find Sky Q box

The screen reads ‘There has been a problem finding your Sky Q box on the network’.

When I go through the instructions I end up at the same place. I've done this a number of times now.

Hi @Phil+Bock Which screen? Note, I would start by power rebooting everything, especially the broadband router before you try again.

Hi @Phil+Bock

If this is on a mini try a Network Reset found in mini Home - Settings - Setup - Network.

Highlight Status and then select Reset on the right hand side. Follow instructions to WPS with main Q box.
You will be asked to press the WPS button on the main Q box (not the mini).

If you are on Sky Broadband and the Router is nearer to the mini than the main box then you can try pressing WPS on the router instead of the main Q box

This didn't help given my mini box won't connect to the q box via wps.

Hi can anyone help. On both mini boxes most of the time when turn them on i have the' problem finding your sky q box on network' i go through the steps and it works but its just more annoying keep having to do it. What can be done so they stay connected to the main box.
i also already have a sky booster.

What do you mean mate? I set up the booster using wps if thats what you mean

Not setting up the booster, going through the mini network setup, do you then press wps on the booster when the mini asks you to "press it on your closest sky kit"?
