The Sky Cinema listings on the Sky Q box don't match the listings on various websites such as Radio Times, TV Guide.co.uk etc, but it's only for the Sky Cinema channels, everything else matches up fine, is there an issue somewhere? The Sky Q box plays the correct film, matching the listing in the Sky Q guide, but from time to time I use Radio Times etc while I am not at home so that I can set things to record, but these listings being wrong are making it impossible.

I was on the phone yesterday with a sky representative trying to fix this issue which I now know is a known fault.
What I don't understand is, if it is a known fault, why are we as customers not notified about a possible problem and why, as front facing representatives, are the technician's not told so they can at least leave us informed that the situation is in hand and not still scratching our heads thinking we are the only ones being affected as I was being lead to be believed.
