Moving home and changing to SKY Q

I currently have sky stream, I am moving home and want change to sky q. I already have a box and dish. How do I do this?

All Sky Q boxes are the property of Sky so you shouldn't really have one if you don't have a Sky Q subscription.

If you want to change from Stream to Q then you'll need to ring Sky.

Rang sky and was told I can't upgrade from stream to Q until I actually move?

Well, no, as they would come and install Sky Q at your current address.

The someone you're moving in with who has a Sky Q box already? They must also have a Sky Q subscription (otherwise they would have had to return the Q box to Sky). If this is the case, you wouldn't be able to get a subscription at the same address.

There were circumstances why their sky q box wasn't returned. They have one and a dish but no subscription. I am beginning to understand that I am not able to upgrade from stream to sky q. Never mind I will ring sky again once I have moved.
