TNT Sports HD not working

Hi everyone. Just added Sky sports, Premier sports and TNT to my package. I also have HD on my package but TNT sports HD 2,3 and 4 do not work. All other HD sports channels work fine including TNT sports 1 HD. Spoke to an assistant on the phone on the weekend they said problem would be resolved in 24hrs but still no joy over 48hrs later. Anybody encounter same problem?

Hi @Skyisthelimit26 Do not work doesn't provide any clues. Are there any error messages etc.

What error message are you seeing when you try the affected channels?

Thanks for your reply. When I click on the channels it says "I do not subscribe to this channel press red button to upgrade". When I do press the red button it says I am already subscribed!

Thanks for the reply. When I go into these channels it says click on red button to upgrade/subscribe but when I do this it says then that I already am subscribed! Spoke to a Sky assistant over the weekend and maybe its taking a bit longer to fix the issue than they suggested.
