Remote response slow since Sky Q issues in May

Since the issues with Sky Q constastantly cutting out I did various resets and also had to rest the remote, now the remote is quite slow. Doesn't appear to be battery related. Has anyone else had any similar issues or have any suggestions?

Hi @TheDave79 I'm afraid that it is too late now, the escalation process was taken off in August.
