Upgrade subscription for sky atlantic

Good morning I can't access sky Atlantic it says I need to upgrade. Upon checking my account I have the full package does anyone have any ideas why this would be like this?

hi @Andylaw014671

Unfortunately the full package doesn't actually tell us what you have so it is slightly difficult for us to guess.

2 things - the first should not be an issue if you have SKY Signature - if, however, you have the base package SKY Q Essentials - this is just the Free to Air Channels on SKY Q & does not include SKY Atlantic (or Netflix) unlike the similarly named product Essential TV on Glass / Stream

More likely you may be trying to download in either UHD without the HD add on, or HD version without the HD add on

You, probably, just need to change your download preference to either SD or HD (as necessary)
Main Menu -> Settings -> Setup -> Preferences

(Please note this setting can only be set on the Main box)
