&lt;P&gt;Unfortunately the full package doesn't actually tell&amp;nbsp; us what you have so it is slightly difficult for us to guess.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;2 things - the first should not be an issue if you have &lt;EM&gt;SKY Signature&amp;nbsp;&lt;/EM&gt; - if, however,&amp;nbsp; you have the base package&lt;EM&gt; SKY&amp;nbsp; Q Essentials&lt;/EM&gt; - this is just the Free to Air Channels on SKY Q &amp;amp; does not include SKY Atlantic&amp;nbsp; (or Netflix) unlike the similarly named product Essential TV on Glass / Stream&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;More likely you may be trying to download in either UHD without the HD add on, or HD version without the HD add on&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;You, probably, just need to change your download preference to either SD or HD (as necessary)&lt;BR /&gt;Main Menu -&amp;gt; Settings -&amp;gt; Setup -&amp;gt; Preferences &lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;(Please note this setting can only be set on the Main box)&lt;/P&gt;</description>
