No satellite signal

No satellite signal - how on earth do you report this to SKY? Need an engineer to come out and adjust satellite dish but no facility to request this on the app. Just going round in a loop on app.

It might be quicker to find a local company that will come out as there could be a lengthy wait for someone from Sky to come out as they will be dealing with out customers who have the same issue. You only have to see the increase in posts on here to see you are no alone with this issue.

Work through the following link and if you cannot solve your issue it will lead to booking a Engineer.
Alternately, if you are on a Communal Dish you will need to contact your Landlord or Management company.

I have no satellite signal either wondering if its down to the high winds last night...yet i have broadband

Same here. Yes the storm has probably knocked the satellite dish off kilter but will need an engineer to come out and adjust it
