Can’t activate code on discoveryplus.com/link for SkyQ

Discovery plus prompted me to login again and activate my device - on entering the 6 digit activation code on discoveryplus.com/link I get the error message

'The code you entered doesn’t match. Please try again by generating another code from your TV'

I've regenerated the code a few times but fails each time - I've also rebooted the box and router etc. but no joy never had issues with this before

Any idea?

I would call discovery. They should be able to help

Contacted Discoveryplus and after a couple of days back and forth they have acknowledged there is a bug and they are working on it, pleasantly surprised that the support person generally seem interested in resolving it

I'll post if and when resolved
