    <description>&lt;P&gt;The first problem that occurred was that the picture on the TV with the mini box started jumping, though the other TV that is connected to the Sky Q box was fine.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Then the mini box's light was stuck on red and the white booster box's "connected" light went off.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;We looked online and followed the instructions (getting the error code MR006 along the way) and although the TV now shows the home screen, the message appearing is "You can't currently watch TV as there's an issue with the connection between this Mini Box and your Sky Q box".&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;When I asked "the internet" what could be wrong, it advises that the red light may indicate a hardware fault and that I should contact Sky for a possible replacement.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
