I've moved house and now only need 1 sky mini box instead of 2. How do I send 1 back and change my subscription to 1 mini box on multi room?

There is no difference in subscription cost for 1 or 2 mini boxes.

Simplest solution is to store the additional mini box until such time you completely cancel your subscription and have to return the hardware.

In theory, you could return 1 mini box now but I think safer to store it.

Hi @1873dave I agree, if you return a Mini box then the chances are you will confuse Sky and end up with your Multiscreen subscription being cancelled.

As the others have said, it is best to keep the box until you cancel your multiroom (or full) subscription

SKY's systems aren't geared up around sending a single mini box when customers still have a multiroom subscription.
