Cannot connect to sky q

Hi please can you help me with booking a engineer.

We had sky air, a few weeks ago and since then we have not been able to connect to sky q .we have followed all in instructions, and still can't connect.

Sky Air? Do you mean you got a Sky Glass Air TV? if so, your Sky Q subscription would have been cancelled when your Sky Glass subscription started.
